Fortunately, there are many events where you can get back in touch with suppliers of innovative products in the near future. We ourselves visit the Sirha in Lyon from 24-27 September. Here you will find many innovations for gastronomy in Europe. Especially pastry is very well represented, thanks to the Coupe du Monde that takes place here every two years. On 12 and 13 September, Luc Vandenbergh, culinary advisor of Didess, will be present at the Niggemann Hausmesse in Bochum.
