There was one thing missing from our offer and those were vegetable garnishes. Fortunately, we came into contact with Geert Stelten and his wife Sabine. Together they have built up years of experience in their own restaurants and banquet halls in Belgium. Due to lack of staff, they decided to develop and produce vegetable garnishes themselves. Soon there was also demand from other hospitality entrepreneurs, caterers and at the catering wholesaler.
At the moment, their focus is entirely on product development and fulfilling their mission, namely to help catering establishments that are suffering from staff shortages to a culinary basis for creative creations. In addition to his trimmings, Geert also has a beautiful assortment of olive oil gel, crumbles, gourmet pearls and patisserie convenience.
