#EFP EUROPEAN FOODSERVICE PARTNERS is an initiative of Verenice Vandewall, Georg Broich and Burkhard Schmitz. More than ten years ago, we shared our knowledge, networks and experience and have been working together successfully as a team ever since.
We got to know each other when we worked together for a French company, specialized in high-quality traiteur and pastry goods for caterers and chefs. Already at that time we identified the ideal formula for success for the introduction of new products by brand ambassadors and international sales expertise.
Later, Verenice Vandewall successfully established both marketing and sales at DIDESS, making the Belgian company the leading supplier of biscuits, decorations and pastries for restaurants. In addition, she was Managing Director of “”R & D Food Revolution & Albert Adri”” – awarded by Gault & Millau in Belgium as “”Culinary Innovators”” of the year 2016.
Georg Broich and Burkhard Schmitz have continuously developed BROICH CATERING successfully and implemented new, creative ideas for food concepts, event catering and sports hospitality. BROICH CATERING was named Caterer of the Year in 2005, 2016 and 2018 and the ICA Award in Las Vegas in 2009.
